What is a Flower Press?

A flower press is a device used to flatten and dehydrate flowers by removing light while extracting moisture through the use of absorbent paper and pressure. The process is done to preserve the flower and its’ color to then be used for crafts.

What will you be doing in class?

During this class you will create your own flower press, then explore Landon’s to find beautiful flowers to put inside your press!
